Meet Carley
Carley Skidmore-Donovan is a yoga teacher and sound practitioner with seven years of teaching experience. Her work is rooted in nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and helping people reconnect with themselves in a grounded and honest way.
Carley is a 200hr RYT with specialty trainings in trauma-informed yoga, psychosomatic therapy & integration, sound healing, and corporate yoga & mindfulness. These modalities support the intentional, multi-faceted approach she brings to movement, reflection, and nervous system regulation, offering practical tools for presence and self-trust.
Through In Divine Company, Carley helps people cultivate presence and live with greater intention. Her approach is straightforward and compassionate, encouraging students to slow down, listen inwardly, and build a more regulated and connected relationship with their body and mind.
Carley is also a corporate marketing leader with a decade of experience in the finance and technology industries. This background supports her ability to lead authentically, communicate clearly, and work effectively with people who process and learn in different ways.
