Meet Carley
Carley Skidmore-Donovan is a yoga teacher, sound practitioner, and mind–body coach with over seven years of teaching experience. Her work is rooted in nervous system regulation and somatic awareness, supporting people in reconnecting with themselves in a grounded and honest way.
Carley is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with advanced training in trauma-informed yoga, sound healing, psychosomatic integration, and corporate yoga & mindfulness. Through In Divine Company, she offers a straightforward and compassionate approach to movement and reflection, encouraging students to slow down, listen inwardly, and integrate practice into daily life.
Alongside her wellness work, Carley brings over a decade of experience as a corporate marketing leader in the finance and technology industries. This background informs her clear communication style, structured facilitation, and ability to lead thoughtfully across both personal and professional settings.
